What is the TJA Drivers Academy?
The TJA Drivers Academy is a pilot training programme that prepares candidates to obtain a heavy vehicle driving licence (C and C+E) and the CAM, without requiring prior experience driving heavy vehicles. The training combines theory, practice and individual support, with direct support from TJA senior drivers throughout the process. Those who successfully complete the programme join the company’s staff.
